Thank you for supporting our work! We work with multiple fulfillment partners around the world to provide faster shipping and help reduce customs fees whenever possible.

Apart from shoes, all of our products are currently fulfilled at least from the USA and the EU. Most of the items are also available for fulfillment from Canada and the United Kingdom. Selected products may also be fulfilled from Australia, Japan, or Brazil. To make things very easy for you, the primary fulfillment locations for each product category are listed below, and the fulfillment country is also noted at the end of each product description whenever applicable.

Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

To help avoid surprises, a customs notice will automatically appear during checkout whenever your order may involve cross-border shipping.

Please note:

  1. Import duties vary by country and product type.
  2. The exact amount cannot be predicted in advance.
  3. In most cases, duties and taxes are paid directly to your local customs authority or delivery carrier upon arrival.
  4. For certain destinations using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and displayed as a separate line item.
  5. Some countries offer duty-free thresholds for low-value shipments, although this is not guaranteed and varies by location.
