We work with multiple fulfillment partners around the world to provide faster shipping and help reduce customs fees whenever possible.

Our primary fulfillment locations are the USA and EU. Most of the products are also available through fulfillment partners in Canada and the United Kingdom, while selected products may have additional fulfillment locations in Australia, Japan, or Brazil.

Please note: The fulfillment location can vary depending on the specific product, color, size, and availability at the time of your order. Therefore, having a specific fulfillment location available for a product does not necessarily mean that every order will ship from that region.

We always aim to fulfill your order from the most appropriate available location to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We show a duty notice in the Shipment section of checkout for any cross-border cart.

Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

To help avoid surprises, a customs notice will automatically appear during checkout whenever your order may involve cross-border shipping. Domestic orders do not see this notice.

Please note:

  1. Import duties vary by country and product type.
  2. The exact amount cannot be predicted in advance.
  3. In most cases, duties and taxes are paid directly to your local customs authority or delivery carrier upon arrival.
  4. For certain destinations using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and displayed as a separate line item.
  5. Some countries offer duty-free thresholds for low-value shipments, although this is not guaranteed and varies by location.
